Politicile actuale ale UE reflect\u0103, de asemenea, aceast\u0103 abordare \u0219i stipuleaz\u0103 c\u0103 &#8222;persoanele cu dizabilit\u0103\u021bi, \u00een special copiii (inclusiv cei cu tulbur\u0103ri de spectru autism), trebuie s\u0103 fie integrate \u00een sistemul de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt general \u0219i s\u0103 beneficieze de sprijin individual \u00een interesul copilului&#8221; (Strategia european\u0103 pentru persoanele cu handicap 2010-2020).<\/p>\n<p>\u00cent\u0103rirea capacit\u0103\u021bii profesioni\u0219tilor care lucreaz\u0103 \u00een \u0219coli cu copii \u0219i tineri care sufer\u0103 de afec\u021biuni din spectrul autismului este finan\u021bat\u0103 prin Erasmus + \u00een cadrul programului K2 &#8211; parteneriate strategice.<\/p>\n<h2>Context<\/h2>\n<p>Tulbur\u0103rile din spectrul autismului (TSA) nu mai sunt considerate o afec\u021biune rar\u0103, afect\u00e2nd 1 din 100 de persoane din Europa (Baird et al., 2000) \u0219i 1 din 68 \u00een SUA (CDC, 2014). Acum \u0219tim c\u0103 nivelurile de func\u021bionare cognitiv\u0103 a persoanelor diagnosticate cu tulbur\u0103ri din spectrul autismului acoper\u0103 o gam\u0103 variat\u0103. Abordarea recomandat\u0103 pentru persoanele diagnosticate cu tulbur\u0103ri din spectrul autismului se axeaz\u0103 pe interven\u021biile comportamentale, precum \u0219i pe serviciile sociale \u0219i educa\u021bionale care ajut\u0103 individul s\u0103 ob\u021bin\u0103 independen\u021b\u0103 \u0219i autonomie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen mod similar, toate cele patru \u021b\u0103ri partenere (Rom\u00e2nia, Polonia, Italia, Olanda) au propriile politici care sus\u021bin c\u0103 \u0219ansele egale \u00een accesarea educa\u021biei ar trebui s\u0103 fie disponibile pentru to\u021bi copiii. \u00cen acest context, \u021b\u0103rile se confrunt\u0103 cu un num\u0103r din ce \u00een ce mai mare de copii diagnostica\u021bi cu tulbur\u0103ri din spectul autist \u00eenscri\u0219i \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul de mas\u0103 \u0219i ale c\u0103ror nevoi ar trebui abordate printr-un sistem care nu este preg\u0103tit s\u0103 le fac\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen Olanda, profesorii din \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul de mas\u0103 raporteaz\u0103 dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een gestionarea copiilor diagnostica\u021bi cu tulbur\u0103ri din spectrul autist \u00eentr-o \u0219coal\u0103 de mas\u0103(Van der Meer, 2016). De asemenea raporteaz\u0103 lipsa cuno\u0219tin\u021be \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bi specifice pentru a gestiona integrarea copiilor cu nevoi speciale \u00een clasele de mas\u0103 (Gispen et al., 2013; Walraven et al., 2013; Algemene Rekenkamer, 2013).<\/p>\n<p>Un sondaj efectuat \u00een r\u00e2ndul a 63 de cadre didactice din \u0219coala primar\u0103 a relevat c\u0103 29% dintre profesori simt lipsa de cuno\u0219tin\u021be \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bi specifice \u00een predarea copiilor cu TSA. 50% dintre cadrele didactice au raportat lipsa de competen\u021be \u00een elaborarea unui plan educa\u021bional individual adaptat. 35% au avut dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een ajustarea curriculumului pentru TSA. 35% dintre profesori nu au participat la cursuri de formare pentru TSA Un alt studiu arat\u0103 c\u0103 aproape jum\u0103tate dintre profesori au raportat dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een observarea comportamentului copilului, \u00een timp ce 40% spun c\u0103 au greut\u0103\u021bi \u00een acceptarea p\u0103rin\u021bilor ca exper\u021bi \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te nevoile copilului lor diagnosticat cu tulbur\u0103ri din spectrul autist.<\/p>\n<p>Mai multe studii efectuate \u00een Rom\u00e2nia (RAA, 2011; Mare\u0219 G. \u0219i Toth A., 2015, Toth A., 2016) au eviden\u021biat factorii care limiteaz\u0103 integrarea \u0219colar\u0103 a copiilor cu TSA: competen\u021bele sc\u0103zute ale profesorilor \u00een lucrul cu elevii diagnostica\u021bi cu tulbur\u0103ri din spectrul autist; \u0219coli care dispun de resurse limitate pentru formarea personalului, furnizarea de instrumente de adaptare \u00een predare \u0219i furnizarea de servicii de sprijin educa\u021bional; discriminare \u00eenc\u0103 prezente \u00een \u0219coli \u0219i comunit\u0103\u021bi. Un studiu recent efectuat pe 147 de cadre didactice din 16 \u0219coli din Rom\u00e2nia (RAA, noiembrie 2016) arat\u0103 c\u0103 34% dintre responden\u021bi nu au participat la nici un curs de formare \u00een ultimii 2 ani, 97,95% au copii cu nevoi educa\u021bionale, inclusiv tulbur\u0103ri din spectrul autist \u00een clasa lor, 77,5% consider\u0103 c\u0103 nu au suficiente informa\u021bii \u0219i cuno\u0219tin\u021be pentru a trata copiii cu nevoi educa\u021bionale (inclusiv TSA).<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen ciuda unei lungi istorii de organizare a \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului special \u0219i incluziv, Italia a \u00eenceput recent s\u0103 treac\u0103 de la abordarea psihanalitic\u0103 tulbur\u0103rilor din spectrul autist, la una care recunoa\u0219te TSA ca o tulburare neuronal\u0103, care necesit\u0103 interven\u021bii comportamentale \u0219i educative (Institutul Censis, 2012). \u00cen acest context, \u00een \u0219colile din Italia exist\u0103 o distribu\u021bie inegal\u0103 a resurselor (fonduri, personal) care sprijin\u0103 abord\u0103rile comportamentale bazate pe dovezi \u00een ceea ce prive\u0219te tulbur\u0103rile din spectrul autist (Vivantti &amp; Vivantti, 2015).<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen Polonia, &#8222;Programul de dezvoltare a \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului din Var\u0219ovia \u00een 2013-2020&#8221;, men\u021bioneaz\u0103 c\u0103, \u00een ultimii ani, num\u0103rul deciziilor privind studiile speciale \u0219i studen\u021bii cu nevoi speciale a crescut. Ca \u0219i \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, \u00een Polonia, adolescen\u021bii \u0219i adul\u021bii cu autism nu au acces la \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea pe tot parcursul vie\u021bii sau la programele de tranzi\u021bie de la \u0219coal\u0103 la via\u021ba independent\u0103 (raportul Funda\u021biei SYNAPSIS, 2013).<\/p>\n<h2>Info Cursuri<\/h2>\n<p>Pe parcursul celor patru cursuri online, profesorii vor primi informa\u021bii generale despre autism \u0219i vor \u00eenv\u0103\u021ba cum s\u0103 implice p\u0103rin\u021bii copiilor cu TSA \u00een scopul construirii unui mediu incluziv \u00een sala de clas\u0103 \u0219i reducerii riscului abandonului \u0219colar timpuriu \u00een r\u00e2ndul elevilor diagnostica\u021bi cu tulbur\u0103ri din spectrul autist. Cursurile abordeaz\u0103 teme menite s\u0103 sporeasc\u0103 competen\u021bele \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bile cadrelor didactice, care nu vizeaz\u0103 numai furnizarea de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt incluziv de \u00eenalt\u0103 calitate la clas\u0103 pentru elevii diagnostica\u021bi cu tulbur\u0103ri din spectrul autist (TSA) ci \u0219i oferirea de sprijin \u00een transferul capabilit\u0103\u021bilor dinspre \u0219coal\u0103 c\u0103tre via\u021ba comunit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i \u00een construirea unui parteneriat cu p\u0103rin\u021bii \u00een educarea copilului.<\/p>\n\n<p>Educa\u021bia incluziv\u0103 reprezint\u0103 o provocare pentru elevii diagnostica\u021bi cu TSA \u0219i pentru profesorii lor. Pentru ca un elev cu TSA s\u0103 poat\u0103 avea succes \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul incluziv, este esen\u021bial ca profesorii s\u0103 aib\u0103 cuno\u0219tin\u021be despre autism \u0219i ce \u00eenseamn\u0103 asta pentru elevii din institu\u021biile \u0219colare. Acest modul se concentreaz\u0103 asupra a ceea ce este autismul, cum se manifest\u0103 \u00een context \u0219colar \u0219i asupra modului \u00een care profesorii pot analiza \u0219i reduce comportamentele care afecteaz\u0103 func\u021bionarea elevului. Dup\u0103 finalizarea modulului, profesorii vor putea s\u0103 \u00een\u021beleag\u0103 autismul \u00een sala de clas\u0103, s\u0103 recunoasc\u0103 nevoile educa\u021bionale ale elevilor cu autism \u0219i s\u0103 r\u0103spund\u0103 acestor nevoi pentru a-i ajuta pe elevi s\u0103 \u00eenve\u021be.<\/p>\n\n<p>Acest modul se concentreaz\u0103 pe adaptarea mediului \u0219colar pentru elevii diagnostica\u021bi cu tulbur\u0103ri din spectrul autismului prezent\u00e2nd metodele cele mai utilizate de adaptare a pred\u0103rii \u00een clasele de mas\u0103 \u0219i oferind exemple practice privind ceea ce ar trebui adaptat \u0219i cum anume ar trebui realizat\u0103 adaptarea. De asemenea se prezint\u0103 procesul de luare a deciziilor \u00een adaptarea curriculumului (cum se poate decide nivelul de adaptare pentru elevul cu TSA; pa\u0219ii \u00een luarea unei decizii eficiente privind adaptarea) \u0219i se ofer\u0103 alternative pentru prevenirea comportamentul necorespunz\u0103tor \u00een sala de clas\u0103.<\/p>\n\n<p>Rolul tehnologiei \u00een predarea pentru copiii cu ASD a devenit un subiect de discu\u021bie \u00een sistemul educa\u021bional. Inova\u021bia pe care TIC a adus-o \u00een educa\u021bie a f\u0103cut schimb\u0103ri enorme \u00een via\u021ba persoanelor cu ASD. Astfel, utilizarea TIC pentru a dob\u00e2ndi cuno\u0219tin\u021be \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bi a devenit un element esen\u021bial \u00een educa\u021bia TSA. Acest modul se centreaz\u0103 pe furnizarea de exemple de strategii generale, nou dezvoltate, pe care profesorii le pot folosi \u00een clas\u0103 pentru a ajuta copiii cu TSA s\u0103 dezvolte strategii eficiente de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare. Dup\u0103 finalizarea form\u0103rii, profesorii vor putea integra diferite strategii tehnologizate, validate \u0219tiin\u021bific, \u00een metodele lor de predare pentru copiii cu TSA. Noile strategiile \u00eenv\u0103\u021bate, odat\u0103 aplicate, vor avea efecte semnificative asupra performan\u021bei \u0219colare a copiilor diagnistica\u021bi cu tulbur\u0103ri din spectrul autist. Integrarea tehnologiei \u00een clas\u0103 va u\u0219ura munca cadrelor didactice, metodele lor de predare fiind de \u00eenalt\u0103 calitate, adaptate noilor evolu\u021bii din domeniu.<\/p>\n\n<p>Procesul de trazi\u021biei este \u00een\u021beles ca traversarea unei pun\u021bi \u0219i \u00eenceperea unei noi etape \u00een via\u021b\u0103. Acest modul adreseaz\u0103 nevoia tinerilor diagnostica\u021bi cu tulbur\u0103ri de spectru autism de a \u00eenva\u021b\u0103 s\u0103 treac\u0103 printr-un proces de luare a deciziilor cu privire la ceea ce se va \u00eent\u00e2mpla dup\u0103 finalizarea studiilor sau p\u0103r\u0103sirea sistemului de \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2nt. Acest modul prezint\u0103 modul \u00een care pot fi analizate dimensiunile \u0219i domenii \u00een care t\u00e2n\u0103rul cu TSA \u00ee\u0219i poate c\u00e2\u0219tiga independen\u021b\u0103. Dup\u0103 finalizarea instruirii, profesorul va putea evalua nevoile, cuno\u0219tin\u021bele, predispozi\u021bia \u0219i abilit\u0103\u021bile elevului folosind instrumente practice \u0219i va putea realiza \u00eempreun\u0103 cu acesta \u0219i familia un plan de ac\u021biune ce va duce la c\u00e2\u0219tigarea independe\u021bei pentru t\u00e2n\u0103rul cu TSA.<\/p>\n<h2>Erasmus+<\/h2>\n<p>Erasmus + este programul UE de sus\u021binere a educa\u021biei, form\u0103rii, tineretului \u0219i sportului \u00een Europa. Menit s\u0103 dureze p\u00e2n\u0103 la sf\u00e2r\u0219itul anului 2020, Erasmus + combin\u0103 \u0219apte programe prioritate \u0219i ofer\u0103 oportunit\u0103\u021bi pentru o mare varietate de indivizi \u0219i organiza\u021bii.<\/p>\n<p>Scopul programului Erasmus + este de a contribui la strategia Europa 2020 pentru cre\u0219tere economic\u0103, locuri de munc\u0103, echitate social\u0103 \u0219i incluziune, precum \u0219i cadrul strategic al UE pentru educa\u021bie \u0219i formare.<\/p>\n<p>Problemele specifice abordate prin program includ:<\/p>\nReducerea \u0219omajului, \u00een cerute de pia\u021ba for\u021bei de munc\u0103.<br \/>\n\u00cencurajarea tinerilor s\u0103 participe la democra\u021bia european\u0103<br \/>\nSprijinirea inov\u0103rii, cooper\u0103rii and reformei<br \/>\nReducerea abandonului \u0219colar timpuriu<br \/>\nPromovarea cooper\u0103rii \u0219i a mobilit\u0103\u021bii cu \u021b\u0103rile partenere ale UE<br \/>\nProgramul Erasmus + este gestionat de Comisia European\u0103 (organul executiv al UE), Agen\u021bia Executiv\u0103 pentru Educa\u021bie, Audiovizual \u0219i Cultur\u0103 (EACEA), o serie de Agen\u021bii Na\u021bionale din
