Hello everyone, welcome back!
You are about to go into the fourth lesson of this training module.
In the second lesson, you learned how to make effective feedback and how to give it to students. In the third lesson, you learned all about the right conditions for good feedback design in online learning. Now, you’re all ready to start giving feedback. But are your students ready to start receiving feedback?
As you already know, in the assessment for learning paradigm, students have an active role in the assessment process. This means that when they receive feedback, they need to take action. In this lesson, you will learn how to facilitate feedback uptake through effective tools.
By the end of the lesson, you will have learned about what feedback uptake and feedback literacy are, what strategies you can use to build feedback literacy and facilitate feedback uptake, and some online tools you can use to support feedback uptake. At this point, your students will be set to use feedback for learning.
Are you ready to take on this quest? Let’s to this!
